Isaiah Montgomery was only 17 years old when his legend was started in the streets of Philadelphia, He was a Pro Dunker before Pro Dunkers were even a thought, He was ruled ineligible in High School (RIDICULOUS) for bringing in over 6,000$ in Dunk Contest wins during the summer of 1990..
