It’s funny but my American friends and relatives never heard about this Russian dish... However in Russia it’s very common. Every Russian girl knows how to cook it since childhood. I share this video in English so over people can enjoy this Russian dish also. IMPORTANT: only use NATURAL cottage cheese for it! Cow cottage cheese or goat cottage cheese. NOT FROM STORE!
