DIY Napkin Decoupage Bottle

Coat bottle with tile medium and let dry. Step 2. Dab paint onto bottle with sponge and let dry. Step 3. Peel top layer of your design, outline the contour and cut out the image for one side. Step 4. Coat a thin layer of decoupage glue onto glass and lay design. Gently flatten with your fingers. Step 5. Apply decoupage glue with paint brush over the napkin on the glass. Wrinkles add character!
