What Is Inside The Cyst ?

This is a large scalp cyst of a young girl, which i removed completely without suggested to show what was inside the scalp. One can see black colored fluid inside the cyst wall is really thin, anytime can rupture. On opening the cyst one can see black colored turbid fluid coming out from the cyst. I squeezed the cyst which showed thick turbid degenerated cyst material coming out. Actually it is because of long standing degeneration inside the cyst over years. No hair
