4. Goblet squat
5. Monster burpees
6. Dumbbell squat 3X pulse
7. Jumping curtsy lunge to toe touch
8. Dumbbell squat to 3 sec hold
9. Crisscross jumping jack
10. Wide legs alternating dumbbell row
11. Low start to jumping kick, R
12. Low start to jumping kick, L
13. Raised heel squat
14. Squat jump to jumping jack
15. Dumbbells squat to upper row
16. Squat hold to dumbbell curl to front lift
17. Plank jacks to raised arm
18. Dumbbells suitcase squat to curl
19. Half burpees
20. Dumbbells deadlift to squat to overhead press
21. 4X high knee to alternating toe tap
22. Bear hold to renegade row
23. Lateral squat jump
24. Dumbbell overhead squat to knee crunch
