The second mom (of) Rica is a victim of Police Brutality. The dad is a scavenger and homeless because they’re threatened due to abuse done to Rica. The reason why they were abandoned they were put in jail like facility by DSWD leaving their 2 kids in the park abandoned. They had to escape then we met after a month and I took Rica and Rico in our home for safety. As Filipinos, we can all do something about this...“
