The John Lennon Album Nobody Listens To Anymore | Milk & Honey @40

40 years ago this month, Yoko release John Lennon’s final studio album, ’Milk & Honey’. The album featured 6 of John’s tracks recorded during the ’Double Fantasy’ session in the summer of 1980 and produced the hit single ’Nobody Told Me’. The album did well on release but has since been forgotten by those who bought it, but remains for me an essential part of his catalogue. John’s songs on this album contain a spirit and attitude missing on the over produced ’Double Fantasy’ and deserves revisiting today. 1981 BBC interview with Yoko by Andy Peebles: ’Grow Old With Me’ versions: Glen Campbell: Mary Chapin Carpenter: Ringo Starr: Milk & Honey German CD on Discogs (both of these are good) : If you like what we’re dong and would like to support us, here are some ways you can help: 1.
