Bush dancing through the Memorial for Fallen Dallas Police Officers

G W Bush, former president can’t stand still and then starts dancing during the Battle Hymn of the Republic. Appears to be smiling, laughing, and being a general distraction to the rest of the speakers. Behaving like a 5 year old rather than a former leader of the free world.
