More than 40 French Mirage 2000 Fighter Jets were Delivered to Ukraine To enhance air defense capabilities, dozens of French Mirage 2000 fighter jets from NATO, Kyiv’s foreign partner, were sent to the country. NATO also includes a number of other fighter jets in this supply, including the Eurofighter Typhoon, F-16 Fighting Falcon, AV-8B and others. Some of the Mirage 2000 fighter jets were delivered soon after the Ukrainian pilots completed a 1.5 month in-depth training course last month. Modern NATO fighter jets will fortify Ukraine’s air defenses against Russian attacks and prepare the country for strikes this Mirage 2000 fighter has nine hard points, five on the fuselage and two on each wing, for carrying the weapons system payload. Two ship-mounted air-to-air and air-to-air guns are equipped with the Mirage 2000.
