(PoE - Crucible) Lightning Conduit Trickster - Gameplay, No Commentary

Chain to Lightning Penetration Naturally levelled to 99.7, bought 5-ways for the rest because I was itching to try the ubers. You have killed 1,290,212 monsters. 40/40 Challenges ~ Video Chapters ~ 0:00 Hydra Map 3:08 Al-Hezmin 3:27 The Elderslayers 4:15 Simulacrum 30 5:59 Forge of the Titans - Primordial Remnant 8:25 Delve 490, Ahuatotli Vaal Delve Boss 12:13 The Feared 13:48 Uber Maven 18:16 Uber Exarch 20:42 Uber Uber Elder 24:29 Uber Sirus My DPS with max 65% shock has a damage range of 17mil-30mil Pinnacle based on if I’ve managed to have a 2sec ramp-up and stay inside my buff circles. This DPS considerably falls when mobs have damage reduction which can be seen in Delirium, Crucible, Delve etc due to shocks not being max. Map mods double dip on this reduction since everything relies on Orb of Storms crits dealing some damage. Elementalists have it easiest with their minimum shock which lets them scale their DPS much higher with no worries. Referenced a Sanctum league Lightning Conduit Trickster on PoENinja and Goratha when building. Learned a lot of nifty things with all the masteries used for Polymath. League started with a rough start because I took Elemental Overload late and Ascendancy not having much damage. Damage tied a lot to Uniques not yet common in early league also didn’t help. Tanking was not a thing yet and shocks were only 30%~ with Overcharge. Once I took EO the shocks were better. 1Div Total - Singularity unique sceptres and rares with resists to red maps, Elemental Overload. Hybrid Life/ES with chaos res and mastery investment 5Div Total - Transition to CI, Crit, Power charge stacking, T14, Bosses on farm 9Div Total - More uniques, more damage. Ralakesh’s Impatience charges no longer deafens you this patch! 15Div Total - Patching up defenses, resists shifting around, Body Armor for ES and Spell Suppress 25Div Total - Better ES belt, Watcher’s Eye, Awakened Gems, Alt Gems. Awakened Chain helps with bigger density and farther range to hit pesky allies cannot die aura mob, fairly noticeable and nice to have. 40Div Total - Forbidden Flame/Flesh. Saboteurs probably made them expensive this league orz. This made Orb of Storms 100% crit for more consistent max shocks Main deviations from other build - -Build was originally planned to tank standstill wave content like Ritual and Simulacrum and wanting a lot of cast speed to run out of Orb of Storm procs fast. -New masteries! New things to use that rounded things out like instant leech and caster cast speed. Lots of good levelling mastery options too. I respecced them around a lot -Crucible 100% avoid shock mod on shield. Would have normally used Charge Mastery for immunity while stationary (doesn’t cleanse off shocks if inflicted while moving...), or Tempest Shield -Sigil of Power and Arcane Surge. Lots of mana balancing to make them work, but probably not worth it. Divine Blessing Wrath only works with a source of -mana cost from at least 1 alt gem and with another source like Sigil of Power or flask it becomes free. Alt Inspiration was costly and gotten last but opened up big qol being able to cast it at any time. -Trickster’s Ascendancy One Step Ahead instead of Spellbreaker. Couldn’t afford a good source of chill immunity and capped suppression with the skill tree and conditionals. Ghost Reaver came late and solidified the choice. -Solving for max shock vs Ubers with a glove gemswap (very important) and other Shock Effect investment. Uber viable. DPS and survivability was reasonable despite the melee ranged stand-still nature of the skill and Ghost Reaver turning off ES recharge. Surviving with leech and minor ES regen. Tanky. First time using Spell Suppression and wow it’s strong. Mapping is basically free with Polymath, ES overleech and instant leech. Also first time using evasion and big physical oneshots do happen but just don’t run extra phys and ele mods. Stuns. Never ran Brine King Pantheon. Mostly never needed the new stun nodes on the tree or ES stun mastery since I ran an automated Corundum flask for 90% of gametime. Only in Sim30 and Ubers did things even noticeably stunned me where the stun investment felt good. Mostly used the Adrenaline stun mastery as a signal to tell me if I was ever stunned. Difference between the 2 stun clusters are more MP regen vs more stun avoid while moving. Algor Mortis Unique Gloves. They’re good for Lightning Conduit, but I find them to be lacking in Shock Effect with my setup without shifting more to cluster jewels. If you value the Sap and being even more tanky, go for it maybe.
