How TTC modernized its network with Alepo’s phased digital transformation

Tuvalu Telecommunications Corporation (TTC) provides fixed-line telephone, internet, and mobile services on islands across Tuvalu. To support the new network offerings, it decided to upgrade from its legacy ADSL network to LTE and WiFi so it could provide faster speeds and improved connectivity to its subscribers. TTC decided to implement a unified platform for all its services. It partnered with Blue Arcus to deploy Alepo’s Digital BSS. Alepo’s solution offered the unique ability to deploy in phases. On validating key use cases in the first phase with the launch of LTE and WiFi, TTC continued with the second phase, migrating all its services to the convergent platform. Alepo and Blue Arcus delivered the project ahead of schedule. TTC reduced OPEX and overall TCO, swiftly driving ROI. The project also provided unified web and mobile self-care to bolster customer experience, improved network experience, and more.
