2019 saw 20 years since The Scottish Parliament opened and HM Queen Elizabeth was present, as she has always been, to officially open the parliament. The Scots Guards escort the crown of Scotland from Edinburgh Castle down The Royal Mile and to the Scottish Parliament building at Holyrood.
