In this lesson we assume you know all the basics about articles but when to use A, An, The and no article can be problematic. Here we focus on the rules for intermediate and advanced level speakers. There are lots of them. During my research for this video I found 33 rules which I’ve presented here. The best thing to do is read, write, speak and listen so that you’ll use the correct article instinctively. However it’s good to have the rules as a reference especially in written English.
