Because theres more to life than hamburgers, Citysearch dispatched videographer Sarah Lohman to Daniel, where head bartender Xavier Herit is making molecular cocktails in the unlikeliest of places. So much effort goes in to the Strawberry and Pearls one, in fact, that we thought a video record was in order. You dont have to eat at the restaurant to drink this, by the way — the bar at Daniel is one of the great uptown date spots in New York.
