Aftermath of Russian rocket attack in Kharkiv

(WARNING: This video contains scenes some viewers may find disturbing) Bombardments of Ukraine’s second-largest city by Russian forces killed at least 11 people, Oleg Synegubov, Kharkiv’s regional administration chief said.
