Russia’s Putin Arrives in Kazakhstan to Meet With Leaders

Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in Astana, Kazakhstan on Wednesday. He will meet with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the eve of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit, according to Interfax.
