Woman Gets Life Sentence for Forcing 13 year old to touch her breasts

Video contains the sentencing hearing of a woman in a remote area of the U.S. where she was convicted of forcing a thirteen year old adolescent to touch her brassiere covered breast. She receives a life sentence. Her appeal has been officially and promptly denied / rejected by the Nevada Supreme Court. In another case in Boise Idaho, a woman killed her husband recently and she received 6 months in jail if well behaved and then hefty probation. Boise is 240 miles from Elko across desert.
