Thousands of species on this planet go extinct every year and although extinction is completely natural, today’s extinction rate is many times higher than historical extinction rates. The increase extinction rate is all due down to human activity and the ways that we treat the land and the animals we share the planet with. When an animal goes extinct it can be a very tragic and depressing event but sometimes animals are able to come back from the dead.
