This setup in the video arguably has less damage than a power charge stacking one I had when soloing Uber Sirus, it just that 1 frenzy rings gives us more mine throwing speed, and not actual increase in damage from each mine. Also, my collegue has spoken that standing on top of Eater and Exarch like for Sirus is optimal so they only do basic attacks. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, EYE OF WINTER IS FAR SUPERIOR!!!!!!
