Sugar and flour free! Chocolate cake in 5 minutes of preparation. Mixed in 20 seconds and baked in 5 minutes using microwaves. We chosed to use Dark Chocolate 90% in this video but it’s also amazing with whipping cream (as much as you like). Our advice is to keep it in the fridge at least 1 hour before serving. For this cake you will need: - 2 bananas, - 2 eggs, - 4 tbsp cocoa powder, - 1/2 tsp orange extract, - 1/2 tsp (5g) baking powder, - 50 g dark chocolate 90% cocoa, - 50 ml milk. Blend it for 20 sec or until everything is silky smooth, use a form of 16 cm in diameter greased with butter, and microwave it for 5 to 7 minutes depending on your microwave power.
