Item title reads - Torrential rains flood city in a few hours - property loss was heavy - and scores were drowned. Singapore. M/S of two boys wading through the water which is pouring down the street, a car drives through it. M/S of a man stood nearly waist deep in the water which comes up to the doorway of shops and houses around him. M/S of a child jumping about in the water as other people wade through. M/S of a man walking through the water which is halfway up some gates behind him. Men pull rickshaws through the water and people walk waist deep alongside. Various shots as people ride through in cars, horse drawn carts and rickshaws, some sort of tanker also drives through.
