Blender 3D Timelapse - Modeling a MECH - Arbalest Mobile Suit

The Arbalest is a ranged-assault ground-infantry Mobile Suit. It is an original design that takes inspiration from the Graze of Gundam IBO, the Leo of Gundam Wing, and the Jegan from Gundam UC. The entire process took around ~4-4.5 hours from start to finish. I also rigged it, but I did not film the rigging process. Depending on how busy school gets, I might make a short animation featuring this rigged mech in the next couple months. I do almost all my timelapses on my Laptop because its specs are better than my gaming rig: Addons used: KitOps (free): BlenderKit (free): LoopTools (included in Blender) HardOps & Boxcutter ($38 USD): DECALMAchine ($55 USD): 0:00 - Intro 0:10 - Blocking Out Torso and Right Arm 1:40 - Blocking Out Right Leg 2:35 - Armor Plating 6:30 - Head, Joints, Details 9:53 - Backpack: Shoulder Cannon 13:15 - Mirroring Arm and Adding Detail 14:00 - Backpack: Shield 17:45 - More Detail 19:40 - Finishing Legs, Final touches 20:30 - Materials 23:00 - More Detailing 24:30 - Rifle 27:08 - Renders Music: Do them a solid and give them a follow on Soundcloud. #blenderanimation #blender3d #gunpla #gundam #zaku #blendertimelapse #timelapse #3dmodeling #mecha #mech
