CROCHET Mosaic Moss Stitch - Colorful Crochet Stitch Pattern for a Scarf Blanket - Fast and Easy

You can learn how to make the Crochet Mosaic Moss Stitch in this tutorial video. Hi I’m Donna Wolfe from Naztazia. I’ll show you how to crochet this lovely stitch pattern using mosaic crochet techniques. It’s similar to the crochet moss stitch, sometimes also known as the granite stitch and seed stitch. To do this stitch pattern, you need to know how to make a chain, a single crochet and a double crochet. We’re going to make single crochet stitches in the back loops and double crochet stitches in the front loops from 2 rows below. This stitch pattern works up fast and easy. This might come as a surprise but we do not turn our work in this stitch pattern. We use a new yarn on every row. Not to worry, we won’t need to weave in all of those tail ends once completed because we’ll be crocheting over both the starting and ending ones as we go. I’m using 100% acrylic worsted weight yarn and a size 4.5 mm hook for my sample pattern. Feel free to use any size yarn and its corresponding hook size.
