FSB busts terror plot involving small anti-missile system near Moscow

A terror plot using an Igla man-portable air defense system (MANPADS) has been foiled by Russia’s FSB. The security service provided details of an alleged terrorist attack being prepared by a Ukrainian national near the Russian capital.
