Full title reads: “The Royal Visit - Duke and Duchess of York in Edinburgh“. Edinburgh, Scotland. VS cars carrying the Royal party arrive in large stadium and drive past ranks of people and many crowds in stands. MS of Prince Albert, Duke of York (later King George VI) and Duchess of York (later Queen Elizabeth, Queen Mother) as they get out of car and are greeted. VS of the Royal couple chatting to line up of young people including Boys Scouts, Cubs and Girl Guides. The Duchess releases a small number of pigeons. VS of children performing PT / Keep Fit exercises on the field. VS of parade through centre of Edinburgh. Floats celebrating various things drive past the watching Duke and Duchess.
