Restoration of Rusty KNIFE - Made From an old DAGGER

Hello folk! Today I have a new restoration that you haven’t seen so far. A knife made from an ancient Caucasian dagger. Could you think of such a thing? I’m not, I accidentally got this object in my hands and of course I didn’t let it go. I’m starting to restore! So, a knife made from a dagger. This can be seen by the deeds that are characteristic of the dagger, as well as by the handle and by the holes. Fortunately, many daggers of different types have passed through my hands. First, I cleaned the surface of the knife from rust and dirt with a sandblaster. Next, I adjusted the cutting edge and the back of the knife and moved on to polishing the blade. For sanding, I used sandpaper from 80-240 grit, and then manually from 360 to 1000 along with polishing paste. I did not remove all the pits and corrosion that remained after rust because the blade is already thin.
