Intel Core i5 4690 + RX 580 8GB in 2020?

Benchmarking the old processor and graphic cards with new games from 2018-2020. Can it run it on modern games? Specification: Intel Core i5-4690 Asrock Anniversary H97M 4GB x 4 DDR3 1600Mhz WD Green SSD 240GB RX580 8GB DDR5 650w PSU This is budget build that cost no more than $400 but still can run AAA games.
