The Darkness - Amazing Scene (in HD)

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS VIDEO IS ESSENTIALLY ONE HUGE SPOILER. BE WARNED. If you look up top ten lists of gaming plotlines most surprising turns, chances are you’ll find an entry for “The Darkness.“ The game itself is pretty cool, interesting control scheme and stylized art direction but the story initially seems pretty stock. That is, until you hit this point in the game where you go to meet with your girlfriend Jenny in the ruins of the orphanage where you both grew up. What follows is a huge surprise, and slap in the face of gaming convention. It also ushers in some of the more bizarre levels of the game. And it’s made all the more emotionally powerful by the events which unfolded before you got to this point. Masterful.
