The US targeted several sites in the villages of Al-Suwayya, Salhiyat Al-Bukamal, the city of Al-Bukamal, Al-Haidariya farms in the city of Al-Mayadeen, the Villas neighborhood, the Euphrates University presidency street in the city of Deir ez-Zor, and armament depots in the village of Ayyash in the northwestern countryside of Deir ez-Zor. The airstrikes came after intense reconnaissance operations. Reports indicate that the UAVs carried out the airstrikes took off from the Al-Shaddadi base south of Al-Hasaka.
