It’s a great sign for her to start looking for this trigger inside. And usually it is guided by fear: I’m afraid that something won’t happen I’m afraid of the situation and where it is going to lead me Or I’m just afraid to meet the reality She doesn’t have anything that triggers her but she has reactions that make her feel tension inside, what means she has something inside that doesn’t agree with the situation. It can also be applied to any problem, any trigger- never look for the outside cause rather look for the internal cause. Olga gets inspired by the pure people, people who are not afraid to look and dive inside them and to accept programmes that control them. When they do it they do it with such sincerity that really inspires her. Before the connection is established you have to protect yourself from the world, constantly expect that something will attack. And with Soul you realise that this world is beautiful, there is nothing scary, you are ready to accept everything that comes your way. When Soul manifests through a person it is interested in everything, it is like a child that wants to explore and is constantly happy until the mind comes and destroys all the happiness with its control and instructions. Also Olga speaks how a lot of people are fascinated with opening third eye, however, it is better to keep it closed otherwise you are open to any type of energy that can easily enter and start controlling you. The only portal that should be open is your heart centre- where Soul connection lies. As soon as the connect is established the mind goes to the background and you realise what it means to be guided by the Soul and how to experience life with a new meaning. The main goal for our civilisation is to learn how be human, how to go away from the animalistic nature and programmes such as ego and last. So people have a choice to follow familiar patterns of learning and following the masses but without any access to energy or to figure out the new way of Soul and to be filled up with the life energy.
