Breakfast Flatbread Recipe -
Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour (extra for kneading)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tbsp pain yogurt
1 tsp instant yeast
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 pinch baking powder
1/4 cup milk or water
1/2 avocado
2 eggs
Chili sauce
Butter
Steps:
1. Activate the yeast in a bowl with warmed water and sugar.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients and knead until getting the desired consistency.
3. Let rest for at least half an hour.
4. Use a rolling pin to shape the dough and cook them in a hot pan or cast iron skillet.
5. When done, brush some ghee or butter on top and sprinkle with coriander.
6. Slice the avocado in thin strips
7. Make scrambled eggs in a low heated pan.
8. Place the avocado and scrambled eggs on top of the bread and top with chili sauce of your choice.
