Full title reads: “HOISTING THE FLAG - Inauguration by Vice-Admiral Chetwode, C.B., of new Mast at Naval Training School, Elmham.“ Elmham, (Norfolk or Suffolk). Cadets of the Naval Training School, Elmham, marching past Vice-Admiral Chetwode - he salutes. Vice-Admiral Chetwode addressing cadets (natural sound). He talks about their future achievements. He hoists the flag up the flag mast from ’Arethusa’. Cadets climbing up the mast of the old training ship ’Arethusa’ - the last ship of the British Navy to go into action under sail.
