HOW TO // GLITTER LIPS

Heeeeey !!! Here’s to how to get GLITTER LIPS !! First apply a bright colour of your choice all over the lips. Next use a fixing spray or a mixing medium on your brush so that the glitter adheres to the lips ... Then use a glitter or a shimmery pigment with a brush and pat it over the lipstick until you’ve got your desired coverage. Go over the top using larger chunks of glitter to make it look really glittery , again using a fixing spray or mixing medium. Then leave eyes bare but apply loads of layers
