Measles outbreak: New York county bans unvaccinated children from public places

A state of emergency went into effect in Rockland County, New York, to limit the spread of the measles. It bans unvaccinated children from most public places. One-hundred-fifty-three people have been infected in the county since last October. Nikki Battiste reports.
