Had to Cry Today is the title track on the fourth studio album by Joe Bonamassa. Rockpalast Watch Party celebrated Joe Bonamassa’s ACL Live concert on April 1, 2021. Produced by Bob Held, the album was released on August 24, 2004, and reached number five on the US Billboard Top Blues Albums chart. The title of the album is a reference to the song of the same name by the supergroup Blind Faith from their 1969 self-titled album. Blind Faith is the only studio album by Blind Faith featuring Steve Winwood, Eric Clapton, Ginger Baker, and Ric Grech. Originally released in 1969 on Polydor Records in the United Kingdom and Europe and on ATCO Records in the United States, the album topped the charts in the UK, Canada, and the US.
