Walking Properly

This video shows how to walk properly to encourage the foot to work normally. Walking is a heel to toe motion, rolling through the big toe as you move forward. You want to walk with a longer stride, faster pace and roll through the big toe. Make sure your arms are swinging. Walk like you mean it. Avoid shuffling and holding your arms by your side. This style of walking does not allow your body to move normally and is very fatiguing.
