The mystery box

I found this box at a local charity sale. There were some clues on it to what there is inside - namely the word “rotary“ and the plugs that seemed to be for some sort of musical instrument. It turned out though, that it is not very well constructed..... The music is something I put together some years ago on my Böhm Station One and Wersi Prisma DX-5.
