Let’s talk self love. The past year I have been training with @ emilyy_fitness 3x a week. I’ve always been active but working out with her has 100% changed my body & way of thinking. I personally don’t workout to be skinny I work out to be strong. Working out goes along with self love for me. KB Sumo Dead Lifts x 10 (50 pounds)
Kettlebell swings x 12 (25 pounds)
Assault Bike 5cal sprints
Farmers Carry x1 lap (50 pounds)
DB Glute thrusters banded x 15 (35 pounds)
Abducting pulse 30 secs
Single leg flute thruster banded each side x15
Crossack squats x10 each side

& since so many people are concerned why i have a mask on. I am clearly with someone else (my trainer) and because i am in clubs at festivals etc I wear a mask to keep others safe because i care
