The South African Weather Service (SAWS) has issued another Level 4 warning due to damaging waves along the Cape coastline. The warning comes as Spring Tide has caused chaos along some parts of the coast. The SAWS warned of damaging waves, and motorists and residents were urged to practise extra caution.
