Bhangra Dancing for Joy, Hope and Positivity by Lake Ontario

In order to spread joy and positivity throughout Canada and beyond, I danced Bhangra near Lake Ontario. As I joyfully moved to the beat with the evening breeze blowing, I felt the freshness of the atmosphere, observed birds flying, and received the healing messages sent by nature. By dancing in the balance of energy and slowness by the shore, I was able to create positivity which I am now sharing with you. The music for this song was created in collaboration with Grant Simpson, a pianist who formerly resided in Yukon and now resides in Winnipeg.
