olive oil - 10 ml ( fl oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F) /30 minutes
for the sauce:
tomatoes - 6 pieces
water - 2 l ( gallon)
BOIL 2 minutes
cold water - 1 l (34 fl oz)
oil - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
garlic - 15 g (½ oz)
red onion - 1 piece
salt - 5 g ( oz)
black pepper - 3 g ( oz)
sweet paprika - 5 g ( oz)
granulated garlic - 3 g ( oz)
tomato sauce - 50 g ( oz)
parsley - 20 g (0.7 oz)
butter - 40 g (1.4 oz)
