Blender Optiloops add-on

Edit: for blender 2.8 find optic loops in mesh - cleanup menu or in the X key menu! Optiloops is a simple but useful add-on which reduces polycount but keeps nice topology. You can get the addon as part of BlenderKit subscription or on GitHub.
