Mr Morgan’s remarks come as – according to the International Monetary Fund - the United Kingdom will be the world’s only major economy to shrink this year. “Why are we worse off? Well, Bloomberg said today that Brexit’s cost the UK economy 100 billion pounds a year,” Mr Morgan said.
