This is a low intensity steady state cardio workout you can easily modify, depending on your needs, equipment or energy level. Adjust weights and pace accordingly. Although slow paced, this is a challenging workout, so make sure you go at your own pace, and take breaks whenever you need them. Hope you enjoy it! You can always replace the dumbbells with water bottles or cans. You can also do it weight free.
