“The R-100 Car“ Aka The R - 100 Car (1930)

Full title reads: “London. ’The R-100 Car’ - designed by Sir Dennistoun Burney - makes its first appearance - travelling at 180 mph, it would rise off the ground so wonderful is its streamlining!“ London. Two particularly strange looking cars - ’The R100’ design - travel through London traffic. (They look like an early prototype for the VW Beetle). BV of the two cars as they drive down the road. One of the cars pulls up outside a country house. The driver gets out and stands by his vehicle. Closer shot as he opens the engine compartment and points some things out. He shows how the spare wheel is stowed inside one of the passenger doors. He opens the boot which is where main engine is.
