Sept. 17 (Bloomberg) -- It’s a fabric used by top designers and fashion houses like Vivienne Westwood, Mulberry and Hugo Boss. It’s so special it has a British Act of Parliament to ensure its authenticity. But the Harris Tweed used to craft classic jackets and overcoats employs some rather remarkable production methods.
