In this step by step acrylic paint tutorial I teach you how to paint ocean waves with light sparkles. As with all of my paint tutorials I keep the paint palette very limited to make it easier to explain how to mix your colors. I use only the 3 primary colors (blue, yellow and magenta) plus white.
