Forecasters said the “bomb cyclone“ that sent US temperatures plummeting over Christmas is causing unsettled weather in the UK. The Scottish Environment Agency has issued 10 flood warnings and 34 warnings across Scotland. Yellow warnings for heavy rain, strong winds, snowfall and flooding are in effect from midnight across most of Scotland.
