Agriculture workers have stated they plan to lay Paris “under siege” Monday afternoon, targeting the crucial Rungis International Market that supplies the capital with most of its fresh produce, a day after activists splattered the Mona Lisa with soup to support healthy food and fair conditions for farmers.
