Should Queen Consort Camilla be given the title of Queen?

Buckingham Palace is considering officially describing Camilla as Queen rather than Queen Consort after the coronation in May. The change could be reflected on the Court Circular, the official register of royal engagements, and would take effect after the King is crowned as monarch.
